How do I contact customer service?

If you are having an issue with any order or have questions, you can always reach out to our customer service team by email: support@plesier.com . Customer service team members are able to look up orders by number, name, phone number, and address in most cases.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Plesier uses the top credit card processing safety controls in the business, the website is, of course, SSL encrypted. We never share any of our customer's private information.

What is the status of my order?

You can log in to your account on the Plesier website to check the status of your order. With each purchase, you should receive an email with the receipt and details of your order. If you are having trouble with an order, you can contact customer service to check the status as well. You should allow 3 to 7 business days to process any order. Once we have your order information, we typically put together your shipment and ship out immediately. If there is a delay, we will notify you via the email that you purchased with.

Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?

All orders should have a confirmation email from Plesier as the sender. If you did not receive an email, some customers find it in the junk or spam inbox. However, you can always contact our customer service team to get answers if you cannot find your confirmation email.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Plesier accepts all major credit including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, and PayPal.

Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel and refund any order within certain parameters. This depends on whether the item was returned or never received, as well as when you purchased the item. Typically we can cancel an order within 24 orders (before the product is getting shipped, otherwise we are unable to cancel the order), and we can refund an order once received back in our facility.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

Usually, it takes between 10 and 20 business days (normal working days except weekend and public holidays) for items to be delivered. With high demand, some orders may take longer. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, you should contact our customer service team.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship a lot of products internationally! Plesier is a global brand. We can ship to any corner of the globe.

My Order Has Multiple Items. Will They Ship Together?

We have different warehouses and want you to get your products as soon as possible, so every item is packed and shipped individually, but the delivery will always be free for you.
